By accessing or using the Softsasi ERP Pricing Hub ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
- Use any automated system to access the Site in a manner that sends more request messages than a human can reasonably produce
- Interfere with the proper working of the Site
3. Pricing and Quotes
All pricing displayed on the Site, including calculator estimates, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing is subject to a formal quotation and contract executed between you and Softsasi Systems.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Softsasi Systems or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Softsasi Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
